Shar-la yoga classes are: 1.5 hours in length :: include a 15 minute Yoga nidra/ relaxation :: include props for adjusting where needed in individual postures (please bring your own mat & towel) :: arrive at least 5 minutes early :: wear comfy clothes and bring water
Bolsters, Therabands, belts, head cushions, blankets, mats, foam supports &/or eye pillows may be used in Shar-la yoga classes
Please print and fill in the Shar-la yoga registration form bring this registration form to your first class as it can help to provide information that may assist us in assisting you through class postures and excercises. (this form is completely confidential and will not be used in any other manner)
